Il nostro cliente opera in ambito Exhibition & Convention ed è un importante provider italiano per eventi fieristico-congressuali conosciuto anche a livello internazionale e quotato in borsa.

Per la sede sita nel centro di Milano, siamo alla ricerca di un/a**:_PRODUCT MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER_**, incaricato/a di sviluppare la strategia di marketing, la definizione del posizionamento di Manifestazione, definendo la Brand Identity e Brand Image per ciascun prodotto della divisione.

La persona avrà la responsabilità diretta di diverse aree aziendali: comunicazione prodotto e media, gestione buyer, organizzazione eventi e redazione.

Quali saranno le principali attività?
- Assicurare una comunicazione continua verso espositori e visitatori attraverso **_campagne di comunicazione_** che prevedano l’utilizzo di tutti i principali strumenti che accompagnano la journey dei diversi target (newsletter, sito web, canali social, piattaforma digital e on site touch points);
- definire e coordinare lo sviluppo delle **_iniziative digital / web di promozione dei_**_ _**_prodotti sui canali Social_**, curando lo sviluppo del calendario editoriale, dei contenuti e dei messaggi da veicolare attraverso i canali digitali;
- supervisionare le attività di Media Relations per le testate digitali e tradizionali per quanto riguarda i canali Trade, definendo il media planning;
- assicurare la gestione dei processi relativi a **_profilazione, ricerca, reclutamento,_** contrattualizzazione, accoglienza dei buyer internazionali** per le manifestazioni italiane ed estere gestite dalla Divisione, con l’obiettivo di massimizzarne numerosità e qualità in linea con la strategia aziendale;
- assicurare la **_progettazione della_** customer experience** (lato buyers e visitatori) durante la Manifestazione, supervisionandone la
comunicazione e le fasi di accoglienza attraverso l’allestimento dell’area hospitality dedicata, guidando i team dedicati nell’organizzazione di visite tecniche ed eventi di networking;
- assicurare l’**_organizzazione di eventi_**_ _**_collaterali alle manifestazioni_** di competenza, curando tutti gli aspetti dal concept alla realizzazione ed intervenendo direttamente nella definizione di format e contenuti, nella gestione delle partnership, nell’organizzazione dell’evento e nella promozione attraverso tutti i canali a disposizione.

Chi stiamo cercando?
- Hai esperienza pregressa di almeno 8/10 anni in ambito Marketing, Comunicazione ed Eventi;
- hai esperienza nella definizione di piani di comunicazione e nell'organizzazione di eventi e la capacità di tradurre strategie di comunicazione in azioni tangibili, implementando efficacemente eventi ed iniziative;
- hai abilità nel correggere e creare copy coinvolgenti;
- hai esperienza pregressa nella gestione di risorse o team;
- hai esperienza nella gestione del budget e nel monitoraggio di numeri e kpi's;
- rappresenta un plus la conoscenza ed esperienza pregressa nel settore del turismo.
