- You will join the JFG People/People Administration dedicated team within the Human Resources & Organizational Design function. You will report into the Payroll Manager;
- You will enter, organize and monitor absence in management software;
- You will enter personal data in the payroll system;
- You will support the whole team in personnel administration processes and procedures;
- You will be in charge of correcting anomalies;
- You will relate to employees through the dedicated mailbox for anomalies;
- Who you are:
- You have a bachel degree in management, business administration, law services or similar;
- You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- You may have previous knowledge of the HR Management tool INAZ;
- You are proactive, flexible and detail focused;
- You know how to work in team and to manage your time;
- You have good knowledge of both spoken and written english.
