Per azienda multinazionale leader nella fornitura energetica, Manpower ricerca 1 figura di **Addetto/a Marketing Contracts Management** da inserire all'interno della funzione commerciale marketing ed a diretto riporto del Responsabile Marketing Contracts Management.

**PRINCIPALI RESPONSABILITA’/ATTIVITA’**:

- Supporto alle unità utilizzatrici nella gestione amministrativa dei contratti passivi pre e post assegnazione con particolare riferimento alle fasi di: inserimento di rda, ordini di lavoro e relativa fase di consuntivazione in sap (o tramite l’utilizzo di applicativi alternativi ( ad es. nss)
- Predisposizione report periodici relativi all’attività monitorata
- Relazione con tutte le funzioni aziendali competenti e con fornitori esterni

**COSA OFFRIAMO**:

- Inserimento immediato con iniziale contratto di 12 mesi a tempo determinato in somministrazione con prospettive di stabilizzazione diretta in azienda.
- Full time 40h settimanali tra il lunedì ed il venerdì. Dal 1 maggio a fine settembre orario ridotto il venerdì.
- Inquadramento idealmente al 4 livello del CCNL Energia e Petrolio, da confermare in base all'esperienza effettivamente maturata.
- Smart working 8 giorni/mese + buoni pasto da 5,50 per ogni giornata in smart.
- Mensa aziendale per l'attività in presenza.

Requisiti:

- Diploma tecnico commerciale (ragioneria) e/o laurea in finanza, ing. gestionale o economia aziendale;
- Esperienza maturata in posizioni analoghe;
- Conoscenza dei processi amministrativi e di procurement;
- Ottima conoscenza dei sistemi SAP MM AFC;
- Buona padronanza del pacchetto office;
- Buone capacità relazionali e organizzative - Problem solving - Particolare attenzione ai dettagli e alto livello di precisione - In grado di lavorare sia all'interno di una squadra che indipendentemente
