**MULTICENTRUM ASSISTANT BRAND MANAGER - INTERNSHIP**

**Responsibilities**:
Vitamins’ category is one of the biggest in Haleon’s portfolio. We are looking for an intern, that will work inside the Marketing department, on a global brand - Multicentrum - that also boasts a local autonomy, being Italy a design country for the whole Region. She/he will have the opportunity to develop her/his capabilities supporting a Brand Manager on these main tasks:
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Support the team with the day by day sell out analysis (market trends, competition monitoring, internal performances ).
- Outlook on consumer dynamics and trends with qualitative analysis to inject new insights to the strategy.
- Support the Brand Manager in creating all new website contents and digital assets.

The intern will have the possibility to develop specific skills:

- Teamwork, being part of the team with a specific and recognized role
- Project management, managing her/his own tasks with responsibility on accuracy and timing
- Business acumen: understand market and context data with a deep knowledge of trends, insights, brands and competitors. Build a solid understanding of the company's internal processes, acquiring a good knowledge on how to influence all the levers of the marketing mix and communication strategies

**Requirements**:

- University degree in Economics, Business Administration or Marketing
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Genuine passion for marketing and communication activities, aimed at achieving objectives and working as a team player with a positive and proactive approach.
- Ability to manage complexity with multiple projects
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good analytical and precision skills to be able to face the assigned tasks.
- Being proactive and agile.
