Per l’ampliamento dell’organico siamo alla ricerca di UN/UNA **FACILITY MANAGER**.

La risorsa sarà responsabile del coordinamento e della gestione degli interventi di manutenzione (ordinaria e straordinaria), di carattere edile ed impiantistico, sugli immobili di proprietà della società.

Nello specifico la risorsa si occuperà di:

- Ricezione ed analisi delle richieste e dei fabbisogni manutentivi
- Stesura dei cronoprogrammi degli interventi in coordinamento con le squadre di professionisti (sia interne che esterne)
- Analisi e monitoraggio budget dedicati
- Controllo fatturazione
- Analisi della contrattualistica con società esterne, in sinergia con ufficio acquisti ed ufficio legale

I requisiti richiesti sono:

- Pregressa esperienza maturata all’interno di società di medio-grande entità
- Buona conoscenza delle diverse tipologie di lavorazioni ed impianti di carattere civile
- Ottime capacità di organizzazione e problem solving
- Precisione, affidabilità e professionalità

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno
