Importante Azienda Office Firenze, per azienda leader nel settore ferroviario, è alla ricerca di un Travel Specialist.

Tipologia contrattuale:
contratto in somministrazione di 6 mesi, CCNL metalmeccanico aziende industriali, RAL e inquadramento commisurati all'esperienza (C3/B1)

Orario:
full time dal lunedì al venerdì, flessibilità oraria in ingresso e in uscita.

Sede:
Firenze nord.

Responsabilità

Il travel specialist che stiamo cercando sarà inserito in un team già composto da due persone e si dovrà occupare di:

- organizzazione di viaggi per il personale dipendente;
- prenotazione

di voli, treni ed hotel;
- coordinamento logistico e rapporto con i vari dipartimenti.

Competenze

Requisiti:

- Diploma e/o laurea;
- esperienza pregressa in agenzie di viaggio o in ruoli di assistente di direzione;
- buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (almeno un B2);
- buona conoscenza dei sistemi informatici, in particolare del Pacchetto Office;
- disponibilità immediata.
