**Descrizione del posto**:
Per il team Customer Care Swatch Italia ricerchiamo una figura in stage che garantirà supporto alla funzione Customer Care del Brand con particolare focus sulle attività collegate all’amministrazione e diagnostica al fine di acquisirne una visione d’insieme e sviluppare doti organizzative e di analisi.
Il percorso di stage prevede una **fase di training** ed una **fase di experience,** per garantire alla risorsa l'acquisizione delle competenze necessarie a svolgere le attività in totale autonomia.
Contribuirai proattivamente allo sviluppo dei progetti legati al Customer Care portando il proprio know
- how e la propria esperienza acquisita durante gli anni di studio.
supporterai il team nelle seguenti attività:
- Supportare la Customer Care Coordinator nella gestione di attività amministrative (registrazioni delle riparazioni, gestione archivio online );
- Supportare la Customer Care Coordinator nel processo di diagnostica degli orologi Swatch & Flik Flak;
- Raccogliere i feedback relativi al prodotto fornendo in modo tempestivo report al Customer Care Coordinator;
- Contribuire allo sviluppo di ulteriori attività richieste dal management con intraprendenza, curiosità e velocità di pensiero ed azione.

Obiettivi da perseguire:
- Garantire attivo supporto all'ufficio Customer Care nelle attività di competenza, tramite attività di diagnostica degli orologi Swatch & Flik Flak, analisi e reportistica;
- Buona conoscenza degli strumenti informatici finalizzati al supporto della gestione delle attività quotidiane del Customer Care quali Excel, SAP e Salesforce;
- Capacità organizzative, attenzione al dettaglio, precisione e interesse per il mondo dell’orologeria;
- L'esperienza acquisita all'interno dell'azienda darà la possibilità di acquisire competenze per cogliere opportunità di sviluppo professionale.
**Condizioni professionali**:
- Diploma oppure Laurea in ambito economico, umanistico e affini
- Conoscenza completa del pacchetto office e una buona dimestichezza dell’uso di sistemi informatici. La conoscenza di gestionali come SAP e Salesforce sarà considerato un plus
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese sia scritta che parlata.
- Capacità organizzative e di gestione degli incarichi nei tempi previsti, capacità di comunicazione efficace e positiva
- Buone doti comunicative e relazionali
- Precisione, autonomia e proattività
- Flessibilità, predisposizione al cambiamento e forte propensione al problem solving
