Kia Italia s.r.l., National Sales Company of Kia Corporation, offers an internship in its Business Planning department.

The **Sales Promotion Trainee** will work within the Sales Promotion team, supporting the Sales Promotion Manager to implement incentive programs and monitor related performances and budget absorption.

S/he will also support the Promotion Administration Team’s objective to ensure the timely and accurate execution of dealer incentive programs.

The **Sales Promotion Trainee** will:

- Support the team on financial and operational analysis of incentive programs;
- Support the team on competitor commercial incentive analysis benchmark;
- Support the team Execute day to day administration of Dealers’ incentive compensation for all Sales Channels;
- Support the team to provide accurate and timely specific reporting to Sales Management.

The paid internship will last three months, renewable for another three. Meal vouchers are also provided.

**Education**:
Bachelor degree in economics or equivalent

**Skills**:
Italian: mother tongue or fluent

English: fluent, spoken and written

Good numbers literacy and understanding

MS-office proficient

Tableau knowledge is a plus
