Value Market Access Director

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Value Market Access Director, to join our Market Access team, which is in charge of monitoring population demographics and develop solutions to give patients access to our medicines. Our Market Access colleagues act as both educators and advocates for our products, processes, and practices that help us revolutionize how our medicines create value in society.
The Value Market Access Director has previous experience in global and/or country responsibilities in market access and HEOR across different therapeutic areas throughout the product lifecycle. Strong analytical and balanced strategic vision to drive impactful commercial, access and policy decisions. Track records of leading and managing cross-functional teams with strength in delivering results, taking initiatives, problem-solving and project management. Effective Customer management.

Main tasks and responsibilities:
The Value Market Access Director leads a team that collaborates towards the successful completion of tasks and challenges listed below:
Plans, defines and co-develops value-based access strategies of the products of all therapeutic areas, through integration with the Global access strategies, ensuring continuous alignment and support with the company functions in relation to the company objectives and public health priorities.
Proposes and coordinates the co-creation of value data, studies and economic evaluations to support the recognition of value and sustainability of innovative research products, in order to guarantee the best competitive conditions for the market access, consistent with group policies and current regulations.
Ensures constant alignment between national and regional access strategies with commercial product strategies in a path that recognizes the value and sustainability of our drugs and vaccines, through the activity of value access leads in the various cross-functional teams.
Guarantees the implementation of the activities necessary for evaluating the effectiveness of company products considering the stakeholder perspective (clinical, organizational and economic impact) to direct the products towards the best access conditions in the pre-launch and in-line phases.
Coordinates the correct definition of studies, observational research and economic health enhancements, in synergy with internal interlocutors, in order to guarantee the best competitive conditions for market access, consistent with group policies and current regulations.
Define (in terms of contents, times and costs) the Health Technology Assessment activity plan for our products with the aim of integrating and documenting the value of the product in relation to the access objectives and commercial stability based on the lifecycle span of the different products / indications.
Shares the results of the HTA plans with internal stakeholders both in terms of degree of innovation and economic sustainability, in compliance with defined policies.
Holds, develops and maintains a network of external experts (Health Economists, Public Health Experts, Research Methodologists), to promptly obtain specialized consultative support on products in all therapeutic areas and on evaluation methodologies, with the aim of enhancing outward studies developed.
Collaborate with other Market Access figures in defining the Value Proposition and theoretical models with national validity, as well as in disseminating best practices on HE & Outcome Research, HTA and RWD issues.
Ensures coordination and management of the team for the preparation of documentation for AIFA P&R approval / approval and negotiation with the various corporate functions and the local cross-functional team for the definition of the dossier.
Ensures, in line with company and corporate policies, the effective management of its team, supporting its development and the necessary skills and supporting its structure and empowerment.
Besides leading the team, the Value Market Access Director is in charge ofthe development of the team members, adopting an inclusive and empowering management Importante Azienda.

**Education**:
Required:
Bachelor degree in Science, Economics or Politics.
Preferred:
MBA
Access and/or Policy ad hoc trainings would be appreciated.
Required Experience and Skills:
Minimum 7 years experience working in a Business related position within a Country/Regional function at senior level.
Solid knowledge of project management, stakeholders management, access and evidence generation (HE-RWE).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to present to senior leaders and represent the Company on a Country/Region level.
Excel in building relationships with senior stakeholders and levels across cultures and functions to challenge thinking, influence change and deliver added value.
Strong People manager - clear ability to work with and through people.
High quality skills of strategic thinking and business judgment.
Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and drive business change.
High levels of self-awareness and willingness to develop to more senior roles.
High level of flexibility.
This role can require up to 30% of travelling flexibility.
