**International Sales Operations Specialist**:
JOB MISSION

The mission of this role will be to take care of distributors’ satisfaction so to favor a long-lasting sustainable and trustful relationship with them, to provide clear and fast information and answers and to maximize the efficiency of commercial activities inside the international haircare division.

DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Being the referent in Customer Care department for international distributors, managing order process through corporate ERP system SAGE (X3-POSPACE-BUSINESS OBJECT): optimization of the orders, inserting promotion, bonus calculation, sales conditions, sending proforma to clients, following the preparation and follow up of the order and supervising the shipment until the delivery to clients;
Building sustainable and trustful relationships with Davines’s partner in distribution through regular open and interactive communication, also providing accurate, valid and complete information;
Checking and monitoring payment situations overdraft and statements of accounts (credit management) acting as a bridge between Distributors and the finance department;
Manage some international type of payments such as Credit Letters and monitor Payment plans.
Updating and management of statistical reports;
Contract management (collecting Sales terms from BDM to create contract drafts for our Distributors, monitor the expiring of the contracts);
Updating database with sensitive data (filling and updating pricelists, client’s databases, items descriptions, targets, sales conditions )
Ensure security, integrity and confidentiality of data;
Ensure filing system are maintained and updated by also establishing and monitor procedure for sales and sales order processing records keeping;
Collaborate with demand planning and plan, in order to meet the Distributor requests;
Managing complaint;
PERSON SPECIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS
Previous experience in an International Customer Care department in well-structured and international companies;
Excellent knowledge of the dynamics related to invoicing, letters of credit and order entry;
Have strong interpersonal communication competences in order to build strong relations with partners and customers;
Have a good knowledge of customer service principles and practices;
Have a high level of independence and proactive mindset;
Be able to manage a range of simultaneous activities in a dynamic environment, working with deadlines and on multiple tasks;
Be a great team-player;
Have a good knowledge of Excel and Office;
Good skill with numbers, analytical skills and reporting;
Fluency in English and in Italian, another language could be considered a plus (russian language is preferred)
