As part of the Maintenance team, the Maintenance Planner takes care of the planning of the corrective, preventive and extraordinary activities on Production Equipment (e.g. synthesis modules, dispensing robots, isolators), Utilities (e.g. HVAC, cleanrooms, electrical plants) and Facilities, making sure that they are performed on time and in full compliance with cGMP and local/global SOPs.

**Your key responsibilities**:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Managing the master data on the local Computerized Maintenance Management System (equipment inventory, functional location structure, maintenance plans, etc).
- Making sure that the due dates reported in the Maintenance Schedule are followed.
- Triggering and supporting the intervention of the suppliers in case of potential or declared problems.
- Issuing the periodic updates of the maintenance-relevant GMP documents (Maintenance Schedule and Sensor Risk Assessment).
- Taking care of the stock and purchase of the spare parts needed to perform maintenance.
- Updating and creating local SOPs and participate to revision of global SOPs.
- Supporting in the management and resolution of Deviations related to Production Equipment, Utilities and Facilities.
- Collaborating with QA, HSE and Radioprotection Functions to reach and maintain highest safety and quality standards.

**Minimum requirements**

**What you’ll bring to the role**:

- Technical background (i.e. degree in Mechanical/Chemical/Energy Engineering or High school degree in technical field).
- Previous experience in similar tasks in a pharmaceutical company is a plus.
- Good knowledge of English. Proficient in Italian.
