**Position Title**: Grant Writing & Project Coordinator

**About SOFIA**

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
- You will be mainly responsible for grant writing, project management and monitoring & evaluation of projects
- You will be responsible for accompaniment and guidance of local project leaders concerning project planning, budgeting, action plans and monitoring processes.
- You will be responsible for the compilation of project reports for donor partners and entities of various kinds.

**Person Specification**
- **Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and good working knowledge in either French or Spanish is non negotiable**
- Relevant university degree or compensating work experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project management is appreciated
- Be able to function in a small team and take personal responsibility
- Prepared to engage in occasional field visits.

**Conditions of Employment**
- Flexible working hours.
- A permanent contract upon successful review.
- Salary: commensurate with experience.
- Reporting to the head of the Salvatorian Mission Office
