Human Resource Specialist

La risorsa avrà il compito di:

- Predisporre ii contratti di lavoro in base alle diverse tipologie contrattuali;
- Effettuare tutte le attività inerenti ad assunzioni, cessazioni, trasformazioni/trasferimenti;
- Supervisionare le attività legate a presenze, rimborsi e alle trasferte del personale;
- Gestire gli adempimenti mensili e annuali (F24, Uniemens, Autoliquidazione Inail, CU, ecc.);
- Elaborare le buste paga;
- Elaborare i riepiloghi paghe e contributi;
- Effettuare le scritture contabili (di contabilità analitica oltre che generale) relative al personale (stipendi e contributi, fondi, sindacati, assicurazioni);
- Relazionarsi con consulenti esterni;
- Contribuire al miglioramento e al mantenimento delle policies HR esistenti e all’implementazione di nuove.

Requisiti necessari:

- esperienza pregressa di almeno n. 4-5 anni come addetto dell'ufficio paghe/payroll ;
- conoscenza della partita doppia e, in particolare, delle scritture di contabilizzazione del costo del personale;
- conoscenza degli adempimenti tributari, previdenziali ed assistenziali.

Costituiscono titolo preferenziale:

- laurea in consulenza del lavoro o materie affini;
- buona conoscenza di tematiche giuslavoristiche;
- conoscenza della piattaforma teamsystem;
- conoscenza dei CCNL edile e metalmeccanico;
- buona conoscenza del pacchetto office ed in particolare di Excel.

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo indeterminato

Retribuzione: a partire da €28.000,00 all'anno

Benefit:

- Dal lunedì al venerdì

Tipi di retribuzione supplementare:

- Bonus
- Tredicesima

Istruzione:

- Laurea triennale (Preferenziale)

Esperienza:
