**ASSISTANT BRAND MANAGER - INTERNSHIP**

**Responsibilities**:
The Intern will work in an international context and will have the opportunity to develop her/his capabilities supporting a Brand Manager on these main tasks:

- Monitor and report market and brand KPIs
- Support on Innovation process
- Help the team on new advertising campaign (new TV spot and digital activation campaign)
- Support on commercial activities with Trade Marketing team (Pharma and Mass market)
- Artwork development

The intern will have the possibility to develop specific skills:

- Business acumen: understanding market and context data with a deep knowledge of trends, insights, brands and competitors
- Project management with multi-functional teams keeping timing and requests
- Communication capabilities: learning how to brief and debrief agencies to develop advertising and commercial campaigns
- Innovation: knowledge of multi-functional process including packaging artwork creation
- Teamwork: being part of the team with a specific and recognized role

**Requirements**:

- University degree in Economics, Business Administration or Marketing, Financial disciplines or Management Engineering
- Strong analytical skills, willingness to learn and get involved, proven communication and interpersonal skills, together with a good dose of curiosity complete the profile
- Fluent in and Italian
- Passion for Brand Management
- Ability to manage complexity with multiple projects
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and especially Excel and PowerPoint.
