**Mission**:
Focus on providing various clients with engineering advice and technical solutions on different projects.

**Responsibilities**:
RINA Consulting, Industry division, is looking for a junior strategic management consultant to include in the innovation strategy and road-mapping team for our office based in La Spezia. Her/his role will be to help our industrial sector’s customers to identify the technological trends and to draft new business proposals.

Main tasks:

- process optimization;
- supply chain optimization;
- Track competitor activity and provides timely updates on competitor news;
- Create business strategy analyzing technological trends through patents analysis and study of new technologies;
- Move the client to action with a plan to implement the strategic recommendations and manage the execution;
- Engage with clients to understand their system more clearly, the issues they face and the mindset that will support their transformation;
- Manage end-to-end consulting engagement including drafting new business proposal and maintaining the work plan throughout the project lifecycle;
- Keep both the client and RINA team informed about the status of the project.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in process excellence;
- Expertise in MS Excel and Power Point;
- Excellent knowledge of English and Italian, both written and spoken;
- Strategic thinking skills;Ability to work in team;
- Pro-active and results-oriented mindset;
- Curiosity is a must;
- Strong interpersonal skills.

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Management Engineering
Master’s Degree in Other or Management Engineering
