As a Lean Expert youll be responsible for driving the Lean philosophy deployment and act as an ambassador of Lean Exellence Deployment Model.

Driving Lean deployments in Digital Products Pila
Leading improvement projects with significant impact
Building Lean capabilities
Facilitating and leading Kaizen events
Creating and maintaining Continuous Improvement funnel
Your qualifications
Leads the change
Lean champion capable of influencing the organization to adapt to Lean techniques
Drives operational experience
Focuses on customer, brings outside in perspectives into our processes and thinking
Delivers on results
Good command of English and fluent Polish
