**HR MANAGER**

**Responsabilità**
- Assicurare la corretta applicazione del contratto collettivo;
- Coordinare le risorse operanti nell'Ufficio di sua competenza;
- Supervisionare la predisposizione della documentazione relativa al rapporto di lavoro (assunzione, trasformazione, cessazione);
- Redigere il budget dei costi del personale;
- Gestire i processi di recruiting e i rapporti con i partner esterni (Head Hunter, Società e Agenzia del Lavoro,...)
- Gestire le politiche retributive e di incentivazione | collabora con il reparto amministrativo dell'azienda, per garantire che gli stipendi e i benefit vengano erogati in modo corretto e imposta programmi per incentivare i dipendenti (in accordo con il Management aziendale);
- Individuare il fabbisogno formativo e lo sviluppo di progetti di formazione e motivazionali;
- Organizzare i programmi di formazione e sviluppo per i neoassunti e per i dipendenti;
- Analizzare le performance dei dipendenti e il monitoraggio degli avanzamenti di carriera.

**Requisiti**
- Formazione | Laurea in materia umanistiche/giuridiche/economiche;
- Esperienza pregressa di almeno 5 - 7 anni maturata nel ruolo, maturata presso realtà aziendali di medie dimensioni;
- Conoscenza dei contratti di lavoro dipendente e non dipendente, conoscenza delle varie tipologie di forme contrattuali e rapporti di lavoro;
- Necessaria buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (almeno Livello B1 del Quadro Europeo Comune di riferimento);
- Ottime capacità relazionali e di leadership.
