**Vitruvius & Partners**, azienda in forte espansione nel mercato edile immobiliare, ricerca un/a **Project Architect** da inserire all'interno dell'**Ufficio Tecnico **presso la sede di Milano (MI).

**Descrizione della mansione**:
Nell’ambito dello sviluppo di progetti immobiliari, la risorsa collaborerà con il team di progettisti per l’elaborazione della progettazione architettonica nelle diverse fasi.

Nello specifico, la risorsa si occuperà delle seguenti _**attività**_:

- progettazione architettonica;
- consulenza urbanistica;
- predisposizione e presentazione pratiche edilizie.

**Requisiti tecnici richiesti**:

- Laurea in Architettura/Ingegneria Edile/Ingegneria Edile-Architettura;
- preferibile esperienza biennale in progettazione Real Estate;
- conoscenza normativa urbanistica-edilizia
- ottima conoscenza dei programmi Autocad e Revit;
- ottima conoscenza della suite Office;
- conoscenza della lingua inglese.

- attenzione ai dettagli, capacità analitiche e di problem solving;
- buone doti relazionali e comunicative, flessibilità e capacità di lavorare in team.
