**Imperial Brands**, leader globale nella produzione di beni di consumo, è alla ricerca di un Consumer Representative nel mercato italiano per espandere il nostro team nella tua area
La risorsa entrerà per una sostituzione maternità della durata di un anno, durante il quale riceverà formazione personalizzata e supporto costante e avrà l’opportunità di dimostrare le sue capacità e di crescere professionalmente in un ambiente di lavoro stimolante
**Responsabilità principali**
- Attività informativa al consumatore da effettuare nelle rivendite partner in accordo con le esigenze indicate dall’Area Manager, con le linee guida aziendali e la normativa del settore
- Massimizzazione dell’efficacia dei messaggi informativi in tabaccheria
- Apporto alla costruzione del database clienti dell’azienda attraverso la registrazione delle vendite ai consumatori nei sistemi
- Attività di ingaggio del tabaccaio e formazione sul portafoglio prodotti
- Implementazione di materiali di visibilità, permanenti o temporanei, a scopo informativo a supporto delle attività di business
**Competenze ed esperienze richieste**
- Esperienza pregressa come hostess, promoter, commesso/a o ruolo commerciale
- Eccellenti doti comunicative e persuasive, con spiccato orientamento al cliente ed empatia
- Domicilio nell'area di competenza (Roma citta’ e provincia) per garantire un'efficace copertura del territorio
- Abilità nella gestione del tempo e dello stress, con forti capacità organizzative e di pianificazione
- E’ richiesta la disponibilità a frequenti trasferte plurigiornaliere sul territorio assegnato (nell’eventualita’ di visite in Umbria).
- Verrà assegnataun’auto aziendale, quindi è necessario possedere una patente di guida di tipo B valida
