In Legnago site we manufacture standard and custom-made solutions for heavy-duty vehicles for their electromechanical shifting, power control, and circuit protection.
As a Planning Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, tracking, and reporting on the current production schedules. This involves closely monitoring production activities to ensure they align with the established schedules, identifying any potential delays or issues, and implementing corrective actions as needed to keep the production process on track. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in providing input to build future production schedules.

About the job:
- Create production schedules- Analyze production specifications and plant capacity to provide inputs that determine processes, tools, materials, and labor requirements- Draw initial conclusions based on analysis around gaps for review with the production planning team- Collect data/inputs needed to create the production schedules- Other duties as assigned
About You:
- Diploma or university degree- Up to 2 years of experience as a production planner. Experience in manufacturing automotive/industrial equipment or related industries would be beneficial- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel- Fluency in Italian and English languages (oral & written)- Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail- Ability to work both independently and in a team- Experience with ERP systems, SAP knowledge would be beneficial
