Adecco Italia Spa, Financial Services division, selects for a multinational Company, international leader in the design, development and production of automotive components, a Senior Controller for the office in the province of Modena (Terre di Castelli area).

Main Responsibilities:

- Support the Group CFO in the controlling activities through financial analyses, both at consolidated and company level
- Guarantee the process monitoring for Controlling Department
- Manage the monthly analysis, reporting and budgeting activities
- Monitor the Industrial Controlling in order to develop the function and to improve the understanding of product cost development
- Maintain the relationships with our foreign plants and subsidiaries
- Interact with the Group Operations Department (Logistics, Manufacturing) in order to be updated on the relevant business trends
- Give support for the implementations of new controlling methodologies and tools instruments for controlling
- Prepare reporting on the KPI's used by the Group

**Requirements**:

- Master's degree in Economics
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role in structured international companies
- Well-based knowledge of controlling at Corporate level
- Consistent experience on ERP system
- Capability to promote team-working and collaboration among the different functions both at local and

Group level
- Strong interpersonal skills: dynamic, enthusiastic personality with a proactive approach is appreciated
- Willingness to travel
- Fluency in English and Italian
- Fluency in English and Italian
- Possessing a car

The offer includes: permanent contract, employment and salary commensurate with seniority in the role.
