Il nostro Cliente è una realtà industriale, operante sui mercati internazionali sia in termini produttivi, che commerciali e distributivi.

Nell'ottica di potenziare il proprio staff F&A - ed in particolare nell'area controllo di gestione - ci ha incaricato di ricercare un/a Financial & Cost Controller.

**Posizione**:
La risorsa, riportando al Group CFO, avrà le seguenti responsabilità:

- Fornire supporto costante su financial planning, asset controlling, budgeting/forecasting in contatto con le altre funzioni e Key People aziendali;
- Effettuare le analisi degli scostamenti, delle politiche di prezzo, monitorare i processi di inventario altre attività industriali da un punto di vista finanziario ed altre attività "ad hoc" là dove richiesto;
- Monitorare i risultati operativi settimanali, mensili e periodici ed altre analisi ad hoc come condiviso dalla Direzione F&A; Supportare il CFO su business plan, possibilità di investimento ed analisi ad hoc su potenziali operazioni straordinarie ed altri progetti;

**Requisiti**:

- Laurea in materie economiche;
- 3-5 anni di esperienza nell’area Finance o Controlling, in realtà strutturate, di cultura e business internazionali;
- Eccellente conoscenza di Excel e dei principi e tool di business intelligence;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
- Proattività e consapevolezza professionale.

Possibilità di accesso a policy di remote-working per non oltre il 15-20% del tempo.
