Join us as a **CRM Copywriter**

**What you will be doing**
We’re looking for an experienced, digital-focused copywriter to join our CRM team to support both Consumer and Merchant communications engagement flow in our Milan headquarter.

You will be responsible for the following tasks:

- Help the CRM team deliver personalisation and dynamic content through thoughtful content blocks with message versioning and/or sequencing;
- Support copy requests for A/B and/or multivariate tests to optimise campaigns;
- Ideating together with the team on new engaging ways of communicating our product and services;
- Create and write copies that engage and convert our target audience;
- Bring to life the company's brand verbal identity in every opportunity;
- Work hand-in-hand with designers to ensure what we say and how we say it is presented/supported in the best way visually;

You Have:

- Proficiency in Italian and excellent English (fluency in French will be a strong plus);
- Experience with SEO best practices;
- Ability to digest and interpret data, identify trends and gather insights;
- You have a solid understanding of promotional, transactional copywriting that drives action;
- You can collaborate with various teams/team members and stakeholders with different skillsets, including Marketing, Data anal and analyst and CRM Managers.

**Logistic & Salary**
The role is based in Milan.

We offer a competitive salary, commensurate with experience.

**The selection process**
