MAW S.p.A. Divisione Search & Selection, Polo di Monfalcone cerca per azienda cliente un **Lean Manufacturing Specialist.**

**Responsabilità**:

- Condurre progetti per ottimizzare e migliorare la qualità, i tempi e i costi di produzione;
- Organizzare e condurre workshop KAIZEN;
- Condurre gruppo di lavoro per la risoluzione dei problemi;
- Creazione e attuazione di un piano di sviluppo del miglioramento continuo nelle aree subordinate;
- Promozione di una cultura del miglioramento continuo attraverso la formazione Lean;
- Creazione e rispetto degli standard 5S;
- Identificazione delle aree di miglioramento dei processi secondo la metodologia Six Sigma.

**Si richiede**:

- Diploma di maturità superiore;
- Almeno 2 anni di esperienza nel settore del miglioramento continuo;
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese livello B1;
- Conoscenza del Pacchetto Office e di SAP;
- Capacità di fissare obiettivi e realizzarli;
- Resistenza allo stress e capacità di comunicazione;
- Costituisce requisito preferenziale il possesso di un certificato Green Belt o Black Belt;
**Orario di lavoro**: a giornata dal lunedì al venerdì.

**Luogo di lavoro**:Monfalcone (GO).

**Si offre**: contratto a tempo indeterminato con un inquadramento commisurato all'esperienza.

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo indeterminato
