In our Electrification Business Area, in Smart Buildings division located in Vittuone, we are looking for a Procurement Specialist Intern who will be involved in the purchasing group of the Local Business Unit. Reporting to the Category Manager Electronics, You will work across several activities in the supply chain management field in a dynamic and challenging environment, interfacing with buyers, suppliers and colleagues from other functions (R&D, quality, planning and fulfilment, engineering, etc ). **Your responsibilities**:

- Monitor the suppliers performances in terms of OTD using Celonis tool and suggest improvement actions.
- Manage the suppliers documentation and perform benchmarks on electronics EMS through SAP Ariba tool.
- Support the EMS improvement with the massive use of ABB Business OnLine platform (BOL), interface with supplier on conflict minerals.
- Manage Basware tool to support buyers with the prompt resolution of invoice mismatches in order to avoid delivery blocks and production stops.
- Innovate with the creation of new tools for the monitoring and improvement of the forecasted/ordered quantities.
- Support in different projects in a global environment.

**Your background**:

- Degree in Management Engineering or Electronics.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point, and knowledge of SAP will be considered as a plus.
- Excellent knowledge of Italian and Fluent knowledge of English (B2/C1) both written and spoken.
- Dynamic, broad-minded, result-oriented personality, with good communication and presentation skills.
- Attitude to work in team, target oriented and willing to learn.
