Il nostro cliente, primaria realtà del mondo dei beni di consumo, nello specifico settore Tabacco, per un progetto di ampliamento della forza vendita, ci ha incaricato di cercare una figura di:
Sales Representative - Milano
Requisiti Essenziali:
- Laurea in Marketing, Business, o equivalenti (ex: business administration, international business, digital marketing etc);
- 1-2 anni di esperienza in ruoli analoghi (trade marketing, sales representative, sales account, etc);
- Forte inclinazione commerciale allo sviluppo di nuove attività;
- Predisposizione al contatto con il cliente finale;
- Partecipazione durante gli studi ad attività extra-curriculari (case competitions, academic student groups, sports teams etc);
- Ambizione ad entrare a far parte di una realtà ed un ruolo che garantiscono una crescita professionale giornaliera;
- Eccellenti doti commerciali, di marketing e negotiation skills;
- Strong business acumen, forte orientamento all’obiettivo;
- Proattività e indipendenza;
- Precedente esperienza in FMCG.
Riportando all'Area Sales Manager, il Sales Representative dovrà collaborare per garantire un’efficace ed efficiente attuazione dei piani aziendali nell'ambito delle proprie mansioni.
Principali Responsabilità:
- Effettuare le visite giornaliere alle rivendite autorizzate selezionate nelle provincie di pertinenza in linea con la numerica assegnata giornalmente e con la frequenza comunicata dall'azienda;
- Effettuare visite giornaliere di sviluppo presso rivendite dove è necessario aumentare il numero delle referenze inserite e fidelizzare il titolare;
- Mantenere la visibilità dei prodotti dell’azienda cliente nel territorio assegnato in linea con gli obiettivi di ciclo, con le linee guida di gestione indicate dalla società e nel rispetto della normativa vigente (capitolato d’oneri);
- Mantenere sul territorio di competenza livelli di distribuzione dei prodotti dell’azienda cliente in linea con le direttive aziendali;
- Effettuare contatti con i clienti finali al fine sponsorizzare e promuovere le linee di prodotto dell'azienda cliente;
- Utilizzare in maniera appropriata gli strumenti aziendali messi a disposizione per l’espletamento dell'attività lavorativa;
- Comunicare correttamente tutte le informazioni riguardanti l’attività nel sistema operativo, compreso il proprio stock di magazzino;
- Assicurarsi che tutte le informazioni rapportate alla società siano fornite con precisione e in modo tempestivo, ad esempio: classificazione delle rivendite autorizzate assegnate, dettagli dell’account, ordini, stock dei materiali, ecc;
- Utilizzare i dati del gestionale come strumenti per la pianificazione e l’identificazione di nuove opportunità;
- Collaborare fattivamente con l'Area Sales Manager e con il team di colleghi per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi prefissati;
- Assicurarsi che tutti i materiali forniti dall'azienda e di supporto alla forza esterna siano utilizzati in modo appropriato;
- Mantenere un atteggiamento professionale nei rapporti con gli operatori e con i colleghi.
