Qc Lab Technician

Overview:
**Kemin Cavriago** is looking for a **QC Lab Technician**.

As QC Lab Technician, you’ll play a central role in ensuring product excellence by assisting our QC group in a range of tasks, from sampling raw materials to conducting chemical analyses. Your responsibilities will also include operating equipment, completing Certificates of Analysis, and managing sample reception. As QC Lab Technician, you’ll collaborate closely with Operations and Customer Service.

**Responsibilities**:
As a QC Lab Technician, the following tasks are part of your job responsibilities:

- Take samples of raw materials, intermediate products, and finished products
- Analyse samples using prescribed procedures and equipment to ensure accuracy and quality specifications are met
- Enter results into software and review with supervisor if necessary (i.e. non-conforming product)
- Calibrate equipment and perform daily maintenance
- Check certificate of analysis of raw materials
- Ensure quality specifications are met for incoming raw materials and finished goods
- All duties mentioned in the system procedures and the internal regulations of the quality system

Qualifications:
