Degree in Economics or Engineering 3-5 years in the real estate / infrastructure / energy sectors as project finance / infrastructure / energy investment analyst, with a proven track record in deal execution Knowledge of the investment analysis principles, DCF model and project finance / real estate finance Proven financial modeling abilities of complex spreadsheets Knowledge of ITA GAAP accounting principles Knowledge skills:
