We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team on a fixed-term contract, reporting directly to the Operations Schedule Planning Manager. You will oversee the coordination and execution of easyJet’s ACMI leasing activities across all operational teams. As the primary local operational contact for ACMI carriers throughout the contract, you will ensure that leasing operations are conducted in a manner that prioritises safety, legality, and cost-efficiency.

In this position, you will collaborate with operational teams to facilitate performance monitoring and standard assurance activities, including compliance checks and assurance flights. You will coordinate base readiness activities and serve as the main operational representative for the contract, working closely with supplier counterparts and local base teams to enhance operational performance, customer service, and safety. Your role will include hosting daily performance meetings, implementing performance improvement plans when needed, and participating in forums such as Safety Action Groups (SAG) to provide oversight and local insights.

A key aspect of your responsibilities involves maintaining robust communication with the Integrated Control Centre and working with the business resilience team to organise and conduct business resilience and crisis management exercises. Throughout the operational phase, you will monitor live performance in collaboration with the ACMI Coordinator, analysing delays and operational failures, and contributing base-level insights to ensure accountability and continuous improvement. Additionally, you will assist in reconciling invoices and ensuring accurate financial agreements with ACMI carriers. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the seamless execution of leasing operations while maintaining the highest standards of safety and efficiency.

**Location & Hours of Work**

This is a full-time 40 hour per week position based at Milan Linate Airport. The fixed term contract covers 8 months.
