**Di cosa ti occuperai**

Sarai inserito/a nell’Area Compliance, nel Team HSE con lo scopo di gestire i processi aziendali in ambito salute e sicurezza, ambientale ed energetico. Sarai coinvolto nella gestione operativa e nell'attuazione delle misure di prevenzione e protezione dai rischi dei lavoratori, per l'ambiente e per il patrimonio aziendale coerentemente con le normative vigenti come previsto dalla UNI 11720. Ti occuperai dello sviluppo e del mantenimento dei SDG ISO 50001, ISO 14001, ISO 14064 e relative certificazioni; dello sviluppo degli indicatori di prestazioni mediante redazione di apposita reportistica; dello studio e approfondimento della normativa e delle novità di settore e relativa applicazione. Inoltre sarai parte attiva nella diffusione della cultura di rispetto dell'ambiente
- Una approfondita conoscenza del DLgs 102/2014
- Esperienza nell’attuazione della direttiva 2012/27/UE sull'efficienza energetica e del DLgs 152/2006 Codice dell'ambiente
- Conoscenza delle ISO 50001:2018, ISO 14001:2015 e ISO 14064:2019
- Conoscenza di sistemi di BMS (Building Management System)
- Conoscenza della normativa RAEE
- Conoscenza gestionale degli ambiti HSE riferita ad aspetti legali, normativi, tecnici, gestionali e relazionali
- E’ gradita la conoscenza del mondo IT ed in particolare delle certificazioni ANSI/TIA, ISO 22237, Codice di condotta per l'efficienza energetica dei Data Center.
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata, spiccate doti relazionali, comunicative ed organizzative; buona capacità di gestione dello stress e di problem solving; predisposizione al lavoro in team;
- E’ richiesta disponibilità a brevi trasferte.
- E’ richiesta un’esperienza pregressa sul ruolo di almeno 4 anni.
