**Roles and Responsibilities**

In this role you will be involved in creating and sharing various forms of visual and digital content. This can include anything from high-quality images to designing graphics and videos to give more value to internal and external group communications. You will play a crucial role in creating visually appealing, engaging and effective communication materials, optimized to reach and engage the target audience effectively. You will tailor content in line with corporate brand identity to fit each platform's format and audience expectations. You will create content/stories to develop a vibrant communication program inclusive of digital channels, also taking charge of design elements. Overall, you will play a crucial role in creating visually appealing and effective communication materials.

**Qualifications and Technical Skills**
- Multimedia Editing:_
- Editing photos, videos, and other multimedia content
- Enhancing visual appeal
- Designing graphics and visual content
- Shooting videos
- Branding and Consistency:_
- Maintaining a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all content
- Aligning content with the overall brand message and values
- contribute to building and maintaining brand identities by creating consistent visual elements across various platforms, such as logos, colour schemes, and marketing materials.
- Typography:_
- defining how typography contributes to the overall visual appeal and message of a design
- Presentation:_
- presentation skills are needed
- designing brochures, posters, adv, presentations and more
- Education and Skill Development:_
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, new tools, and emerging technologies.
- Continuously improving skills in content creation, graphic design, video editing, etc.
- Keeping Up with Trends. Staying informed about design trends and industry developments is essential for graphic designers to keep their work current and relevant
- Skills:_
- Good creative skills
- Ability to multitask
- Team spirit
- Excellent command of the Microsoft Office Package
- Excellent knowledge of image and video editing tools (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro) and publishing software (e.g. Adobe InDesign)
- Flexibility, reliability and commitment to company goals
- English language proficiency
