With the aim of strengthening the Procurement Team, we are recruiting two

**Sourcing Experts**

They will collaborate in monitoring the implementation of procurement strategies in the assigned purchasing area, ensuring that sourcing benefits are fully met in compliance with company policies.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Support and implement purchasing strategies for all materials and services in assigned area.
- Conduct spend analysis, analyzing supply markets, identifying sourcing levers, performing competitive RFQ/RFP/RFIs and conducting supplier negotiations, to support business objectives.
- Support the selection and qualification of supplies by collaborating with other departments.
- Collaborate in the implementation and promotion of a virtuous process of continuous improvement to maintain a constant optimization of savings and quality of supplies.
- Supporting and collaborating on inter-departmental and group-wide savings and process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate and monitor supplies based on group framework agreements and ensure that procurement benefits are fully realized.
- Monitor, expedite and report on supplies in the assigned area.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of work experience in the same role, preferably in the pharmaceutical field.
- Good knowledge of English language, at least at B2 level, and preferably knowledge of a second language between French, Spanish and German.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, Power Point and Word and preferably knowledge of SAP.
- Ability to work in a team, negotiation and critical thinking as well as planning and organizational skills and result orientation.

- “C” grading of chemical pharmaceutical national collective agreement.
- Salary between € 32.000 and € 35.000.
