- We are looking for a
- **Key Account Manager** to support our Automotive OES Sales Team in Italy.**Exciting Challenges**
- Member of our European sales team for Automotive Tier suppliers (OES)
- Responsible for the Sika activities in Italy
- Represent both the Sika Group toward the customer and the customer’s interests within Sika (customer requirements, quality targets, corrective/preventative measures and product development)
- Advise our customers technically
- Responsible for devising and implementing the sales strategy for the customer group in the sales region
- Prepare and execute contract negotiations
- Commercial responsibility for our customers
- Manage the technical support, business relationships and ensure the current sales operations
- Collaborate with our Hamburg-based Technical Service and production site

**We Need Your Skills**
- University Degree or higher education (in the field of Mechanical Engineering or Automotive is a plus)
- At least 2 years professional experience in sales in the automotive industry or automotive supply industry
- A global mindset, strong analytical skills and an aptitude for communicating in an international environment
- Teamworker who collaborates well with both customers and colleagues
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Willing to travel locally in Italy
