**IL TUO RUOLO**

Riportando direttamente al Group HR Director sarà responsabile di tutte le attività relative all’amministrazione del personale ed, in particolare, del ciclo payroll (Italia e estero), sarà il punto di riferimento relativamente allo sviluppo e implementazione dei sistemi HR (HRIS). In collaborazione con la Direzione contribuirà al monitoraggio, controllo e pianificazione degli HC e l’elaborazione del costo del lavoro (budget e forecast). Sarà responsabile della gestione amministrativa di pay reward e benefit per tutte le società del Gruppo.

**RESPONSABILITA'**
- Supervisiona l’accuratezza e le corrette tempistiche di tutti i processi relativi all’amministrazione del personale e la corretta applicazione degli adempimenti di legge relativi ai dipendenti e collaboratori (Italia ed Estero);
- Supervisiona la gestione dei flussi di comunicazione relativi ad assunzioni/cessazioni/variazioni verso il payroll, supervisiona il processo di elaborazione paghe, relazionandosi per le società estere con i Service Providers locali;
- Supervisiona l’aggiornamento e l’accuratezza di tutte informazioni riguardanti i dipendenti (cartacee e elettroniche) e collaboratori come ad esempio, dati personali, contratti di lavoro, informazioni salariali, promozioni e terminations;
- Gestisce le attività di international mobility;
- È responsabile degli aggiornamenti normativi relativi al CCNL applicato in azienda;
- Cura la costituzione, l'evoluzione e la risoluzione di tutti i rapporti di lavoro e predisporrà gli strumenti necessari per un efficace e corretto controllo dei costi aziendali del personale, attraverso statistiche aggiornate mensilmente, l’andamento in termini di assenteismo, straordinari ed ogni evento connesso alla gestione del rapporto di lavoro.
- Assicura la puntuale e corretta elaborazione, corresponsione delle spettanze e relativi adempimenti - previdenziali, fiscali e contributivi - garantendo il collegamento funzionale tra il servizio di gestione amministrativa del personale e la divisione Finance.
- Assicurerà il corretto trattamento delle pratiche che prevedono rapporti con Enti esterni sia per quanto riguarda gli adempimenti obbligatori, sia per motivi specifici connessi all'attività di amministrazione del personale, curando il contenzioso amministrativo.
- Personall Admistration Policies and Procedures: sviluppa, implementa e comunica ai dipendenti le policies e procedure all’interno dell’azienda relative alla propria area. Assicura che tutti i dipendenti ne siano informati fornendo l’adeguato supporto e guida ai dipendenti e ai people manager;
- Monitora l’evoluzione e la pianificazione degli organici, supporta l’elaborazione del budget e forecast del costo del lavoro e l’analisi dei relativi scostamenti in fase di consuntivazione;
- Con il supporto del responsabile della funzione è il Project Leader all’interno del team HR dell’implementazione e aggiornamento dell’HRIS system;

**CONOSCENZE ED ESPERIENZE**
- Laurea in Discipline Economiche e/o Giuridiche
- 5 anni di esperienza in ambito amministrazione del personale in aziende italiane retail con filiali all’estero.
- Ottima conoscenza approfondita del CCNL del Commercio
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (la conoscenza della lingua francese e/o spagnola costituirà titolo preferenziale)
- Ottima conoscenza di Team System, la conoscenza di sistemi HCM costituirà titolo preferenziale
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office
- Propensione al lavoro di gruppo e al confronto, precisione, attenzione al dettaglio, meticolosità, puntualità, problem solving
- Flessibilità, pensiero critico, proattività, visione di insieme.
- Approccio curioso e orientato alla formazione ed all’aggiornamento puntuale e periodico rispetto agli ambiti di sua competenza
