You will be responsible to define and develop strategy for capacity planning, inventory, production control and to drive production excellence in the Project execution in Avenza.

You will be responsible to Issue the Project Schedule of construction activities in close coordination with supplier planning team and to monitor site execution performance in terms of time.

During the whole duration of the project at Avenza Plant you will have the responsibility to update and review the schedule to individuate critical activities that can jeopardize the schedule and contractual targets working closely with E&P Planning Dept.

He/She has the responsibility to monitor and to report criticalities to Project Manager trough the analysis of schedule, progress and risks.

She/He is responsible to determine the forecasted milestones completion preparing with the site team a mitigation plan.

As a Lead Materials Manager and Planner, you will be responsible for:

- Defining and Issuing the Project Schedule of construction activities in close coordination with supplier
- Validating the progress of the site activities submitted by supplier on weekly basis
- Updating the schedule according to actual status and highlight risks that could jeopardize the Project
- Reporting actual Vs planned manpower analysis and identify potential bottlenecks
- Working together with Operations Manager and Supplier to suggest solutions to the criticalities shown by the analysis of the critical path
- Analyzing the detailed plan and recovery plan prepared by supplier
- Analyzing and agreeing with subcontractors the activities to be accomplished making sure that the plan is respected
- Interacting with final customer local representative
- Designing and Leading the Progress Meetings both Internal and with Customer
- Coordinating the material requirements and transactions, collaborating with the Engineering and Procurement Team
- Developing and updating Inventory Balance estimation according to sales plan

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a BSc Engineering from an accredited University
- Have a high consciousness of Health, Safety and Environmental practices.
- Demonstrate Leadership Attitude
- Display an ability to analyse problems, identify root causes and provide efficient solutions
- Demonstrate the ability to work effectively across functions in a global-matrix environment
- Be fluent both in English and Italian
- Good knowledge of site planning
- Good ERP knowledge (Oracle Application)
- Primavera P6 software knowledge
- Knowledge of the disciplines of manufacturing management such as production and inventory control, and standard cost systems
- Willing to meet challenging requirements
- Tactical execution with a sense of urgency
