WeWorld sta cercando cerca **una/un Press and Communication Officer **in Italia per ampliare il proprio team di comunicazione.

La risorsa lavorerà a stretto contatto con la Responsabile Ufficio Stampa, gestendo attività di comunicazione e supporto ai progetti, con un focus particolare sui temi di parità di genere e storytelling dei progetti in Italia.

**Principali mansioni e responsabilità**
- Attività di ufficio stampa: redazione di comunicati stampa, gestione della rassegna stampa, identificazione e mantenimento di contatti con giornalisti chiave nei settori di riferimento dell’organizzazione.
- Scrittura di testi: per report, social media e news per il web.
- Supporto alla comunicazione dei progetti in Italia legati alla parità di genere: identificazione di attività notiziabili, supporto nella scrittura di progetti per bandi, sviluppo di attività di comunicazione verso i territori.
- Storytelling: raccolta di storie e interviste dai progetti e scrittura creativa per creare una narrazione non stereotipate dei temi e dei territori in cui agisce l’organizzazione.
- Organizzazione e gestione di eventi sul territorio, in collaborazione con il team di comunicazione.

**Requisiti**:
**REQUISITI ESSENZIALI**

**Qualifiche e conoscenze**
- Laurea in scienze della comunicazione o affini
- Conoscenza fluente dell'inglese e preferibilmente di una seconda lingua

**Esperienze professionali**
- Almeno 3 anni di esperienza in attività di ufficio stampa e comunicazione

**Competenze e abilità**
- Ottime capacità di scrittura e storytelling
- Eccellenti capacità relazionali e attitudine al lavoro in team
- Creatività e proattività nella gestione delle attività di comunicazione
- Abitudine ad operare in organizzazioni strutturati e multiculturali
- Condivisione della missione e dei principi di WeWorld
- Effettivo interesse per il settore no profit e in particolare per la Cooperazione Internazionale
- Disponibilità a missioni in Italia e all’estero
