**Posizione**:
Product Manager.
La posizione, inserita nel team EMEA Marketing & Product and Portfolio, sarà responsabile della pianificazione e dell’esecuzione del prodotto e delle attività durante l’intero ciclo di vita del prodotto.
Lavorerà in stretta collaborazione con i dipartimenti di Vendite, Ingegneria, Produzione e Marketing e dovrà garantire, per la propria linea di prodotti, il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di fatturato, redditività e di soddisfazione del cliente.
In particolare, si occuperà di:
- Supportare le Vendite sulla parte técnica ed economica;
- Sviluppare nuovi prodotti insieme alla R&D;
- Definire le strategie di lancio sul mercato insieme al Marketing e alle Vendite;
- Definire i prezzi;
- Organizzare il Portfolio prodotti in base alle richieste del mercato e alle strategie dell’azienda e della specifica business unit;
- Erogare formazione alla forza vendita e ai clienti;
- Monitorare l’andamento dei costi in accordo con Finance ed Acquisti.
**Requisiti**:
- Laurea in Ingegneria Gestionale o Economia;
- 3 + Anni di esperienza nel ruolo;
- Necessaria provenienza da azienda di produzione;
- Dimestichezza nell’utilizzo del pacchetto Office;
- Ottima padronanza della lingua inglese;
- Spiccate abilità comunicative;
- Capacità di ascolto;
- Doti di leadership;
- Capacità di creare relazioni sinergiche;
- Diplomazia;
- Attitudine a lavorare per progetti;
- Orientamento al risultato;
- Capacità di analisi e di pianificazione;
- Disponibilità a saltuarie trasferte Italia/Estero di breve durata.

Modalità di lavoro: ibrida, 2 gg alla settimana di smart working.
