It defines and implements the insurance products and services placed by the Bank. Reporting directly to th Insurance Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing the reference framework, deepening the product and service offer system by preparing market benchmarks, defining the guidelines of the product or service concept by activating the process based on customer needs' analysis. In addition, you will interact and relate to the partners who will be selected for the development of the insurance offer and the identified services. You will follow the entire product launch process, from its conception to placement, interacting with the key players involved. You will be drivento seek innovative solutions from both an insurance business and technology perspective. In collaboration with your colleagues, you will participate in the definition and implementation of innovative insurance solutions for customers. You will challenge your proactivity and attention to details, as well as your strong propensity for independent learning and analysis.requirements:
