Sisal Lottery Italia ricerca per la propria sede di Milano una/un **Internal Communication Trainee **da inserire all’interno del team di Internal Communication nella Direzione Human Resources & Organizational Design.

La risorsa si occuperà delle seguenti attività:

- Supporto alla creazione di copy per diversi format come news intranet, newsletter, script video e booklet interni, in riferimento al target italiano e internazionale;
- Verifica ed editing di contenuti;
- Realizzazione di infografiche con focus specifico su ricerche interne e/o iniziative aziendali;
- Produzione di video riguardanti la sponsorizzazione di nuovi progetti interni;
- Supporto al team Internal Communication nel curare, modificare e pubblicare contenuti sulla intranet SharePoint;
- Stimolare e moderare le community interne sulla Intranet aziendale e sul social Yammer;
- Supportare l’organizzazione di eventi interni online e offline (webinar, town hall, conference, open day, laboratori ecc.)

Caratteristiche Richieste:

- Buona conoscenza della lingua Inglese;
- Diploma o Laurea in materie riguardanti la comunicazione;
- Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office con focalizzazione su Form e Sway, e Microsoft SharePoint;
- Conoscenza base di Canva e/o Creative Cloud Express.

Completano il profilo la conoscenza di base e/o l’interesse per:

- Editor video, Animoto, App mobile video & photo editing;
- Fotografia, video-making;
- Photoshop, Premiere Pro;
- Mailchimp o simili.

Il profilo che stiamo cercando è orientato allo sviluppo digitale con un focus specifico sulla capacità di sintesi e riorganizzazione del contenuto e sulla sensibilità estetica con storytelling & copywriting semplice, chiaro e target-oriented. Creatività, attenzione ai dettagli, curiosità e predisposizione ad apprendere risultano skills fondamentali per il ruolo.
