**In this role, you have the opportunity to**

Be responsible for achieving sales goals, growing adoption rate of Philips IGT-D products and driving the utilization through clinical education and cath-lab support in assigned territory, servicing and securing current customers and identifying new customers.

**You are responsible for**
- Achieving sales growth assisting revenue and market position consistent with territory, division and company goals.
- Making monthly, quarterly sales plan and forecast.
- Developing key customer relationships.
- Assisting in disseminating technical product information to customers and executing hospital’s staff training, also in the cath-lab during clinical procedures.
- Monitoring the use of each system, by regular contact with the users, in order to ensure confidence in Philips IGT-D products and related systems. Solving problems regarding the operation of the systems and perform troubleshooting.
- Building solid customer relations by interfacing directly with customers including hospital physicians, catheter laboratory personnel, training/education, research, and business office staff.
- Interfacing with Marketing and other internal groups to quantify needs and to provide intelligence to management on competitive products and company product enhancements.
- Processing and monitoring product complaints per company procedures.

**You are a part of**

Image Guided Therapy Devices. Your role will also involve interactions with a large diversity of teams

**To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following skills and experience**
- Ba/MSc in degree in a biomedical engineering or clinical/science related field)
- At least 5 years of endovascular field experience in a sales/clinical role
- English fluency and Italian native language skills
- Availability to travel 70-80% of the time to meet customers and support cath-lab disposable usage in the area
- Excellent customer orientation and stakeholder management skills

South Italy, based in Naples.
