Reporting to the Demand & Supply Manager, the Demand Planner is responsible for building and maintaining the forecast model and - working closely with Marketing, Sales and Finance - feeding and enriching the forecast plan.

Demand planner is also responsible for assortment analysis (products phase in / phase out) and the definition of action plan in order to tackle the bad stock (no / slow movers, delisted).

**MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Analyze assortment composition together with the Marketing and Sales: phase-in, phase-out, slow movers, etc.;
- Forecast review: handle forecast exceptions (clean sales history), adjust seasonality;
- Enrich forecast and prepare demand Plan with Marketing and Sales contribution future events, promotions, trends;
- Share demand plan with forecast stakeholders (supply team, marketing, etc.);
- Drive S&OP process;
- Follow demand planning KPIs and root cause analysis in order to define action plan to improve demand forecast performance;
- Local contact for Group Demand Planning team.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS**:

- Degree with strong attitude mathematical and statistical knowledge;
- Analysis and problem-solving: the ability to question, identify a need, and present a solution;
- Attention to detail and ability to focus on numbers for long periods;
- Sound judgment using available data (KPI interpretation);
- Capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment;
- At ease with handling APS on daily basis;
- Excellent database and Excel skills;
- Business acumen, understanding of the commercial side of the business;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Leadership and persuasive power;
- Project management and continuous improvement approach;
- Knowledge of Demand Planning Parameters, and their influence.
