Siamo alla ricerca di un Sales Associate che si unisca al nostro team Timberland con sede a Noventa di Piave (VE). I Sales Associate sono fonte di ispirazione per i nostri clienti, offrono un servizio di eccellenza e contribuiscono a mantenere gli standard più elevati nel nostro negozio. **Come fare la differenza ** Ci aspettiamo che i nostri Sales Associate contribuiscano a offrire esperienze di vendita memorabili. A tal fine, devono:

- Fornire un servizio di livello elevato, assicurando che tutti i clienti siano trattati con rispetto.
- Sviluppare una conoscenza approfondita dei prodotti in negozio.
- Mantenere gli standard di merchandising in linea con le direttive del brand.
- Aggiornarsi sulle tendenze del momento e sul posizionamento del brand sul mercato.
- Seguire tutte le procedure operative nel negozio e nel magazzino.

- Ama interagire con i clienti. Funge da esempio per il resto del team grazie alla sua praticità, entusiasmo e passione per offrire un'esperienza cliente eccezionale.
- Ha un atteggiamento propositivo nell'affrontare tutte le circostanze del negozio.
- Ha una passione per il nostro marchio, la moda e la vendita al dettaglio in generale.
- Ha eccellenti competenze comunicative scritte e orali sia in italiano che in inglese
- È flessibile qualora vi sia la necessità di lavorare nel fine settimana, di sera e durante le festività.

L'esperienza pregressa è ideale ma non necessaria. Ma la cosa più importante è che questa figura incarni e promuova i nostri principi guida: vivere con integrità, agire con coraggio, essere curiosi, dimostrare empatia e perseverare.
