We are looking for an experienced and inspiring HR leader to join the EU Customer Services HR team to influence and continue to build the strategic direction and vision of our teams based in Italy. This role will lead the HR team based in Italy and support the business by shaping an HR agenda that is fit for purpose as we continue to grow our CS teams. You will need to think big, anticipate what is around corners and actively work this into your plans, taking your team, the HVH and Operational leadership teams on that journey. You'll need excellent communication, strategic thinking and planning abilities, and the agility to function in an innovative environment. The Amazon EU CS HR team is looking to hire an experienced, innovative, hands-on, and customer-obsessed Italy HR Manager that can drive innovation and execution for the Italian network. The HR Manager will also be an active member of the EU Customer Service HR network, driving and supporting cross-group initiatives with team members in Europe. This role reports directly to the Senior Regional HR Manager. Key job responsibilities Works closely with the Italianleadership team to thoroughly understand business processes, strategy & needs; Defines a HR roadmap with business and HR leaders accordingly; provides regular data and visibility on progress focusing on execution Lead a team of HR professionals supporting the network, by hiring and developing the best and shaping the HR Agenda in line with business needs. Ensure outstanding customer experience by delivering strategic, value-add, best in class HR support to all internal customer groups in the network Act as a consultant to the Management Team and provide input on the HR implications of strategic & operational decisions and plans. Implement people related initiatives to drive and maintain a culture of excellent employee relations and communications. Ensure that appropriate training & development programs and succession plans are in place for all levels in the organization Coach and mentor leaders at all levels within the organization Identify legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensure policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance; such as Unions, employee representations, etc. About the team When you join the Customer Service People eXperience and Technology (CS PXT) team, you’ll be part of an engaging team of human resources professionals who collectively support the Worldwide Amazon Customer Service organization.
