As an HRBP Operations in our team in Fabriano, you will report directly to the Business Unit's Global HRBP Operations. In this role you will be responsible for all things HR related to our production sites in the Marche region. Being it a strategic position, it will give you a broad and multi-plant responsibility of all the organizational, industrial relations, talent, learning and labour costs related aspects.

The role you will play in embracing our transformation
- You will support and partner with the business in achieving our BU objectives by managing all HR strategies and processes.
- You will manage day-to-day human resources related topics for our colleagues in the Production Sites collaborating with relevant Centre of Excellence (i.e., Talent Development and Reward).
- You will act as an _employee champion_, an effective change agent and a sparring partner for our local managers, driven by the purpose of facilitating our transformation.
- You will manage the relationship and negotiations with the local Trade Union and Territorial representatives.
- You will work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, employee experience throughout the entire life cycle, engagement and to increase productivity and retention.
- You will support rewards process implementation - i.e., Salary review, MBO, budget - in partnership with the Compensation & Benefits team.
- You will support line managers to identify opportunities for people development.
- You will be involved in the selection process end to end.
- You will support our internal communication team in implementing local engagement initiatives.
- You will take part in cross functional initiatives and projects related to HR matters.

The attitudes and skills we’re looking for
- You have +5 years of experience in similar HRBP roles, preferable in global and structured industrial contexts.
- You have a strong interest and experience in the manufacturing and industrial world.
- You have employee and labor relations competencies and experience.
- You have developed a strong knowledge in payroll and Italian labor law.
- You are passionate about people and HR processes, talent, learning and total rewards.
- You are ready to understand and embrace the importance of cultural change and transformation.
- You have good organizational skills, and you can manage and coordinate priorities in a complex environment with different ongoing transformation streams.
- You are flexible, a fast learner and a good team player; communication and problem solving are the main soft skills needed for this role.
- You have a good English level, both oral and written.
- You are available to travel.
- Degree and master in HR topics will be considered a plus.
