**Sales Manager (EMEA South)** Il tuo ruolo sarà supportare il Direttore delle Vendite, garantendo una solida gestione quotidiana del mercato locale e dei clienti diretti, supportando la pianificazione strategica e il coordinamento.

La risorsa collaborerà con i team di vendite, marketing e comunicazione, servizio clienti e amministrazione, oltre a definire la direzione e la strategia per la rete vendita e il business aziendale.

Stiamo cercando una persona in grado di costruire solide relazioni nei mercati di riferimento e la fiducia necessaria per gestire i processi quotidiani che mirano a garantire l’eccellenza della rete.

La risorsa sarà in grado di gestire stakeholder esterni e interni a vari livelli e condurre riunioni quando necessario. Il ruolo offre l’opportunità di influenzare il modo in cui lavoriamo con i concessionari e i clienti e come creiamo una cultura internamente ed esternamente che produca il miglior lavoro nella categoria, divertendoci anche lungo il percorso.

**Responsabilità**
- Capacità di selezionare, sviluppare e gestire una rete di vendita internazionale
- Buona comprensione dei volumi, profitti, margini, contratti di distribuzione e termini di pagamento
- Solida esperienza nella pianificazione di una strategia di vendita
- Capacità di gestire e coordinare il portafoglio ordini e logística
- Supportare marketing e servizio clienti, nonché contabilità
- Analizzare proattivamente il mercato e redigere rapporti previsti, monitorando gli obiettivi di vendita
- Supporto nella gestione delle richieste clienti; assicurare che i team appropriati siano informati e che i piani/progetti proposti siano inviati ai clienti in tempi utili
- Solida esperienza in mercati internazionali
- Capacità di gestire progetti e coordinare più stakeholder rispettando le scadenze concordate nei vari mercati
- Prevedere e risolvere proattivamente problemi di pianificazione di area con i concessionari con il supporto del team

**Requisiti**
- Minimo 3 anni di esperienza nella gestione delle vendite internazionali nel settore automobilistico, preferibilmente motociclistico
- Esperienza come leader e manager di team, in grado di adattarsi a lavorare con una varietà di personalità e ispirare il lavoro del team
- Buone capacità organizzative e capacità di dare priorità a più richieste
- Eccellenti capacità di vendita, networking e negoziazione. Buone capacità di leadership e risoluzione dei problemi
- Conoscenza di base del servizio clienti, marketing e nozioni di gestione del credito
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Buona conoscenza della lingua francese
- Disponibile a viaggiare per oltre il 50% del tempo
- Patente A3 sarà considerata un plus
