We are looking for a motivated air operations employee, who believes working in freight forwarding industry is the most interesting and exciting job in the world.
He or she will join a team of 6 people, in a young context with some very skilled elements, dedicated to air freight gateway activities, under the Italy Gateway Manager coordination.
He or she will be:
- a fair dealer with company local offices in the country, to coordinate goods arrivals to the gateway withing the cut off time
- a skilled customer to airfreight companies, to obtain best rates and book freight
- able in consolidating packages, to save space and get revenue
- proactively in touch with UPS offices in the world, to get import operation arranged in advance and save time
Our new employee is some year experienced in export or import freight forwarding, with a high school degree as a minimum.
He or she is really comfortable in working in a team, believing that playing together is better than running alone.
Is a smart English speaker and enjoy working on PC apps.
Is willing to grow as a professional and a person, but also aware that spending years in learning and practicing is not a waste of time.
Is not afraid to make overtimes during peak season and peak days in the week.
