Die Business Unit Crop Nutrition der HELM AG ist eine der führenden Handels
- und Vermarktungsorganisationen mit einer breiten Palette an hochwertigen Produkten im Bereich Düngemittel. Die Geschäftseinheit unterstützt sowohl Produzenten als auch Händler in den Ländern bei der Erfüllung ihrer Einkaufs
- und Lieferverpflichtungen. Für die Abteilung Customer Service and Operations Europe & Asia suchen wir einen motivierten Customer Service & Operations Coordinator - Crop Nutrition (m/w/d) in Ravenna, Italien für eine Vertragsdauer von vorerst 2 Jahren.

Ihre Aufgaben:

- Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Ravenna suchen wir ein neues Teammitglied, das für die Lieferkette und die Kommunikation mit den Kunden in Italien und den Logistikdienstleistern von HELM Italia (Lagerhäuser, Terminals) verantwortlich ist.
- Sie werden in ein multinationales Team von CSO-Koordinatoren (Customer Service and Operations) integriert und nehmen an neuen Herausforderungen des internationalen Marktes für Pflanzennahrung und Düngemittel teil.
- Sie betreuen ein Kundenportfolio in Italien und sind im engen Austausch mit dem Vertriebsteam, um die Gesamtzufriedenheit in Bezug auf pünktliche Abwicklung, Zahlungen, Rechnungsstellung und Reklamationen sicherzustellen.
- Darüber hinaus kümmern Sie sich um alle erforderlichen Informationen hinsichtlich des Verkaufs, der Transportverwaltung und nötigen ERP Einträge.
- Sie pflegen und aktualisieren Stammdaten sowie die erforderlichen Transaktionen (Auftragsannahme, Bonitätsprüfung, etc. - sowie die Erfassung der Logistik und des Jahresabschlusses) im ERP-System (derzeit RCC / SAP).
- In Zusammenarbeit mit den Produktmanagern und dem Vertriebsteam sind Sie für die genaue Überwachung der Bestände in den Lagern und am Terminal verantwortlich. Hier erinnern Sie auch Kunden an die Abholung ihrer Ladungen und konsolidieren die Bestände mit anderen Bestimmungsorten.
- Um einen reibungslosen Ablauf zu gewährleisten, stehen Sie in engem Kontakt mit dem Beschaffungs
- und Verkaufsteam sowie der Kreditabteilung.
- Als Teamplayer engagieren Sie sich gerne in Projekten zur Weiterentwicklung des Geschäftsbereichs.

Ihr Profil:

- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder logistische Berufsausbildung mit mindestens 2 Jahren Erfahrung in der Auftrags
- und Transportabwicklung im Bereich Spedition und Straßentransport.
- Sie sind dienstleistungsorientiert und haben Spaß an der Arbeit im Bereich Supply Chain sowie an der Vertragsabwicklung.
- Sie sprechen fließend Italienisch und Englisch (in Wort und Schrift) und arbeiten gerne in einem internationalen Umfeld.
- ERP Kenntnisse bringen Sie mit;; Erfahrung mit SAP ist von großem Vorteil.
- Als Teil eines engagierten Teams teilen Sie gerne Ihr Wissen und arbeiten lösungsorientiert an möglichen Problemen. Außerdem sind Sie flexibel und können sich schnell auf neue Gegebenheiten einstellen.
- Kenntnisse im Düngemittelbereich sind wünschenswert.
