Siamo alla ricerca di una risorsa nel ruolo di **IT Service Desk & Network Specialist** al fine di potenziare la crescente esigenza di trasformazione ed evoluzione.

La persona verrà inserita all’interno di un team dinamico ed avrà l’opportunità di entrare in un contesto multinazionale e strutturato.

**Responsabilità del ruolo**:

- Configurazione e Installazione: _Configurare e installare hardware, software e periferiche, garantendo che siano conformi agli standard aziendali e alle politiche di sicurezza._
- Gestione delle Reti: _Collaborare con fornitori esterni al monitoraggio e gestione delle reti informatiche aziendali, inclusi firewall, switch, router e access point wireless._
- Diagnostica e Risoluzione Problemi: _Identificare e diagnosticare problemi di rete e sistema, eseguire troubleshooting e risolvere le problematiche in modo rapido ed efficiente, lavorando in team e minimizzando l'impatto sulle operazioni aziendali._
- Documentazione: _Redigere e mantenere la documentazione técnica aggiornata, inclusi manuali utente, procedure operative standard e registrazioni di configurazione di rete._
- Collaborazione: _Collaborare con il team IT interno e fornitori esterni per risolvere problemi complessi._
- Formazione: _Condurre sessioni di formazione per gli utenti finali sull'uso corretto dell'hardware e del software._

**Requisiti richiesti**:

- Laurea o diploma in informatica, ingegneria informatica o campo correlato.
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Esperienza comprovata nel supporto IT e nella gestione delle reti, preferibilmente in un ambiente aziendale.
- Conoscenza dei principali fondamenti e delle best practice secondo il framework ITIL4.
- Conoscenza approfondita dei sistemi operativi Android e iOS.
- Competenze nella configurazione e gestione di reti LAN, WAN e wireless.
- Conoscenza dei sistemi di videoconferenza e gestione salette multimediali.
- Conoscenza dei principi essenziali di sicurezza informatica e delle migliori pratiche.
- Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione e problem-solving.
- Conoscenza di ambienti e tecnologie Microsoft, Cisco CCNA, Palo Alto Network.
- Costituisce titolo preferenziale la certificazione CompTIA Network+
