We are currently seeking an Export Certificates Support who will report to the Customs Export Certificates Coordinator, as part of our dynamic team in Trecate (Novara).
**Job Description**:
- Your opportunity_
This is a great opportunity to specialize in export certificates activities, supporting the issue of all the certificates needed for the export of products sent from Italy, with a focus on the “Made in” (Certificate of origin) certificates and CITES certificates (Convention on International Trade of Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora).-
- How you will contribute_Ask and issue certificates of origin and CITES certificates, checking related documentation
- Properly archive issued certificates and related documentation
- Comply with ancillary customs procedures
- Issue further documentation for export/import-
- Working closely with the finance department and several external stakeholders- Who you _
- are_Bachelor degree graduate, a master's degree would be a plus
- A former experience in import/export would be a plus
- You are an accurate and detailed oriented individual, with good organizational skills
- You are a proactive person, keen on working in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- You have excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levelsFluent in Italian with a good command of english, both written and spoken
