All’interno del Laboratorio Colore, l’operatore tecnico di automazione si occuperà di supervisionare e condurre l’applicazione di vernici a spruzzo tramite macchine robotizzate e, quando necessario, manualmente. Questo ruolo polivalente offre una formazione sulle attività di automazione (tecnologia avanzata) e in seguito sulle attività di applicazione manuali.

**Responsabilità**:

- Supportare l’operatore del turno di riferimento per imparare le attività e sostituirlo in caso di assenza
- Usare la tecnologia delle linee automatizzate tramite touch pannel per settare e assistere le varie fasi del ciclo di verniciatura
- Analizzare e risolvere errori di processo ed eseguire piccole attività di manutenzione meccanica sull’impianto
- Operare in modalità manuale con: bracci robotici, dispenser automatici, pistole per verniciatura a spruzzo
- Supervisionare le code di processo e gestire il database
- Cooperare con il team di Manutenzione e EHS durante attività ordinarie e straordinarie di manutenzione
- Prendere parte alle attività di pulizia e manutenzione interna programmate
- Supervisionare il materiale di consumo, le parti di ricambio, le attività di pesatura e applicazione manuale

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma di istituto tecnico o simile
- Breve esperienza in un contesto industrial/manufacturing
- Dimestichezza con il PC e interesse per la tecnologia
- Interesse per le attività manuali e il lavoro di team
- Inglese livello base
